The hotel location is central. It has direct access to shops and restaurants. the soundproofing is excellent. I had peace in my room despite the street noise. the room was very nice. The bed was comfortable!!!

It meant my room was downgraded. I expected the corner suite, but it was unavailable. I was offered another suite, not as nice! Communication from the manager was bad. the room felt very damp.

I encountered a couple of problems . The shower temperature was inconsistent. It fluctuated from hot to cold. the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noise from the street and other rooms (I was not pleased).

Taxis access was easy even with the pedestrian zone. It allowed for quick drop-offs. Major attractions are near. I found restaurants and cafes also close. The top floor restaurant had a bar and nice views. Food at breakfast was good quality. Staff was attentive and kind. I requested late checkout. Staff granted my request quick. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Rooftop bar gave great views of the cathedral.
I did notice the room only had a sheet. The duvet had no cover. This made me worry about hygiene.

The hotel is in a pedestrian zone, but taxis can easily drop off near the entrance. I could easily walk to main attractions, shops, and various dining options. This made exploring convenient. I appreciated the centrality.

The hotel offers a restaurant and bar located on the top floor, I saw it provided a nice view. I did not see a pool or gym. There are water, snacks, tea, and coffee on the landing, free for guests. This added convenience.

the staff were very attentive. cleanliness was kept to a very high standard throughout my stay. the breakfast was lovely and quite comfortable. i had a room on the fifth floor and it was very well equipped. there was a nespresso coffee machine and kettle provided, which i found helpful.
i noticed a significant amount of noise from neighboring rooms. sounds from guests in the hallway also disrupted my sleep. this lessened my overall enjoyment of the otherwise excellent accommodations.

the breakfast buffet offered a great choice of items; it had both buffet and freshly cooked options. dinner was also available and reasonably priced! the food was excellent too, though waiting times could sometimes be a bit long.

the front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. they gave me many good tips for restaurants. they suggested some sights and experiences, and i found this very helpful, it made the trip feel seamless.
